Torrey Path is pleased to announce three new solutions to improve pharmaceutical and biotechnology research. Based upon our own latest innovations in software, the solutions can work separately or be combined to speed drug discovery operations.
Torrey Path’s Core Platform is a unique solution for departmental groups or full enterprise support. It provides common IT functions for data management and tools to create an efficient reporting environment for abundant and diverse scientific information.
Torrey Path Gene Expression Analysis and Reports (GEAR) web software module is designed for research operations using genomic data. GEAR supplies reports and analytical functions that facilitate the visualization and understanding of high-content genechip experimental data. Users will be able to grasp the meaning of the data and act within moments of the first query.
Also in development is the Eye Content Pack, a collection of expert-annotated metadata from select genechip experiments on the mammalian eye. Custom reports interfaces suited for reviewing ophthalmologic research will aid in reviewing and understanding the data in context. We believe the Eye Content Pack will be the first research database and reporting platform specifically designed for scientists studying the genetic basis of diseases causing retinal damage and blindness, such as macular degeneration and glaucoma.
