Sirimon O-Charoen, PhD, Senior Research Scientist for Torrey Path, will present a talk at Accelrys’ 2009 European User Group Conference this October. Dr. O-Charoen will discuss findings in glaucoma made analyzing Torrey Path’s Eye Content Pack using Accelrys’ Pipeline Pilot tools. She will demonstrate the Pipeline Pilot application built by Torrey Path for managing and integrating gene expression data, and will also discuss Torrey Path’s new Independent Software Vendor relationship with Accelrys and its plans for development of biological data management solutions for the Pipeline Pilot platform.

“Using Pipeline Pilot to Mine Value-added Data from Public Gene Expression Repositories” will be delivered as part of the conference’s Biology Track on Thursday, October 15th, 2009.
